Established in 2014 by Shaunna Impey and Anne Devlin, City Therapy is a center dedicated to offering evidence-based, high-quality treatments, and upholding the utmost professional standards for our clients.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between public and private mental health services, striving to minimize waiting times and provide real-time psychotherapy and psychological interventions precisely when and where they are needed.
At the core of our vision is inclusivity, welcoming diversity in our team of therapists, their specialties, and the clients we serve. Our diverse team is proficient in various languages, including Romanian, Italian, Spanish, and Croatian. We actively engage with the LGBTQ+ community and collaborate with organizations assisting refugees.

Shaunna Impey
“My goal is to ensure that every person accessing our service receives respect and high-quality psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to their needs.”
With over a decade of experience in clinical private practices, HSE/public clinics, and voluntary services, Shaunna Impey brings a wealth of expertise. Before co-founding City Therapy, she served as the Deputy Social Work Manager for a prominent teaching hospital for 12 years. Shaunna’s background also includes working in child mental health services and earning a Master’s in Psychotherapy in 2013.
Her hands-on experience and insight into psychotherapy and the public health system have been instrumental in establishing a center with elevated standards, delivering value-for-money services. City Therapy champions psychotherapy’s enduring benefits for individuals’ well-being, aiding them in self-discovery and progress in their lives.
