Alternative Energy had its roots as Electrical Contractors in 2004 when J&R Electrical (NI) Ltd specialized in Domestic, Commercial, and Agriculture installations. In 2011, the company’s Directors made a strategic decision to shift the focus towards renewable technologies in response to the growing interest among Northern Ireland’s energy consumers, particularly in Solar PV. With the support of NIROCS and Export Tariff, the renewable energy sector began to thrive.

Alternative Energy brings extensive expertise to this sector, specializing in the nationwide installation of Solar PV, Energy Solutions, and EV Chargers. Our installation and customer service teams undergo rigorous training, ensuring the highest standards in the solar power industry.
