My Story
Hello, I’m Sarah Breslin. I’m originally from Maynooth, Co. Kildare, though my journey has taken me far and wide, eventually leading me back home in 2014. Before starting in wellness, I spent years in financial services but felt called to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. This passion led me to train as an ITEC-certified beautician and massage therapist in Portlaoise, followed by extensive post-graduate education.
In 2011, my journey in wellness truly evolved when I moved to Spain and discovered Colon Hydrotherapy. While working at a health retreat, I had the chance to train as a colonic therapist. Initially unsure, I soon saw the profound health benefits it brought to clients and experienced its impact on my own well-being. Since then, I have performed thousands of treatments, witnessing first-hand the positive changes in clients’ lives. I am a fully registered member of RICTAT, a respected organization for Colon Hydrotherapy professionals.
My Mission: Helping You be Your Best Self
As I developed my skills as a massage therapist, I found a deep passion for Lymphatic Drainage and Abdominal Massage. These treatments can have a transformative effect on clients’ well-being, promoting physical and emotional wellness. My goal is to provide therapies that leave a lasting impact, allowing each client to feel revitalized and balanced.
